1. About acadova

acadova is a platform that helps sports academy owners manage their students, schedules, payments, and certifications. By signing up and using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each user should have only one account per role. If we find duplicate or fraudulent accounts, we may suspend them without notice.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer a 15-day free trial for new academies. After the trial, you can choose from Monthly, Half-Yearly, or Yearly plans. Subscription payments are processed through Razorpay. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for anything illegal or harmful
  • Upload offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content without permission
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Resell or redistribute the platform without written permission
  • Overload or interfere with the platform's servers and infrastructure

5. Payment and Fees

Academy owners collect fees from parents and students through the platform using Razorpay. acadova charges a subscription fee for platform access. We are not responsible for disputes between academies and their students or parents regarding fees collected through the platform.

6. Content Ownership

You keep ownership of all content you upload, including academy logos, images, student records, and certificates. We do not claim any rights over your content. However, you grant us permission to store and display your content as needed to provide the service.

7. Account Termination

You can cancel your account at any time from your settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If your subscription lapses, your data will be preserved for 90 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

acadova is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will let you know about major changes through email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
