Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
Every new academy gets a 15-day free trial with no payment required. You can explore all features during this period. If you decide not to continue, simply do not subscribe and your trial will end with no charge.
2. Subscription Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a refund within 7 days of your payment date. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. After cancellation, your academy will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made once cancelled.
4. Fee Payments (Academy to Students)
Payments collected by academies from their students or parents through the platform are between the academy and the payer. acadova does not process refunds for academy fees. Please contact your academy directly for any fee-related refund requests.
